I really don’t wanna start over again but…

Someone told me they’d lost enough weight to use tampons again. I had no idea that girth could push tampons out of your body but I’m sure that makes a person feel incredibly shitty.
I had no idea what to say and ended up saying, “Yay!”
That seems really inadequate in hindsight.
I don’t like today.
